Rinsing additive for convection ovens DELENEX ALC-HC

DELENEX ACL-HC is formulated as a hydrophobing additive that reduces the surface tension of the rinse water in the ovens with automatic washing systems in professional hygiene.

It neutralizes the possible residual alkalinity during the washing cycle and eliminates the lime residues that may form during the cooking process.
