EUROSANEX improves its production capacity

EUROSANEX struggles every day to improve both our production processes and the quality of all of our products, thus we have recently carried out a very important facilities reshuffling process at our fabric in order to improve the quality of the whole cleaning products production process.

To that end, we have substituted two of our fibre deposits by three new ones made of stainless steel, a high resistance and better quality material which has significantly increased the quality of the whole production process.

This change of the production deposits allows a faster response and service as it makes possible the manufacturing from 200 litres up to 20,000 litres and makes easier to satisfy every client’s production request.  This production process change therefore allows us to offer all kinds of solutions for every market request as well as a faster general service at our company.

These deposits which are automated as well as the rest of our facilities, are installed allowing to optimize the use of water for the production process as they are cleaned and rinsed with the minimum quantity of water required helping to keep one of the most important goals within our company: 0 pouring.

A hard challenge for EUROSANEX

In order to be able to carry out the installation of these deposits at our facilities in Cheste (Valencia), it was necessary to dismantle a part of the production area, as this was the only way to get the crane into the fabric.

It was also necessary to remove several packaging lines and modify the current structure of the production line to successfully carry out the installation.

However, despite the difficulties of the installation and thanks to a very controlled provisioning work, we were able to keep the clients service ongoing without any delay or detriment for our clients.
